With so many yoga DVDs out there, making crazy claims about what they can do for you, it is sometimes difficult to find one to try that is actually worth your time and money. Today I’ll be taking a look at the Yoga Burn by Zoe Bray Cotton DVDs and deciding if it is worth your while. Now, let’s take a look at my yoga burn net reviews:
The program is 12 weeks long and is designed especially for beginners. You do not need to know any moves or yoga terms to be able to follow along.
Zoe claims to use Dynamic Sequencing in the program. Dynamic sequencing is a technique that helps you perfectly execute the poses, and do them for the correct amount of time, which will help keep you from plateauing and will help you reach your goals.
Yoga Burn makes a couple of claims about what you will get from doing this program. They don’t promise anything crazy, such as a cure for diseases or a drastic weight loss, like some other programs. However, it does claim to relieve stress and produce relaxation.
After trying Yoga Burn, I can say it is one of the few programs I have tried that actually delivered on their claims. Even after just a few workouts, I could feel the difference. I was definitely more relaxed and less stressed. I didn’t feel like I was constantly on the edge of a breakdown, instead I felt like I could actually take on the day.
After reading the reviews of this program, I had pretty high hopes, but I was still expecting to be let down. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised and was proven wrong. This program lived up to all of my expectations, and most importantly, all of its claims. Personally, I have gotten so tired of seeing stuff online and on TV that claims to work miracles or promises fast results, and I’m sure you have too. That’s because we get so excited that there’s finally something that might work, so we buy it, use it, quickly realize it doesn’t work, and then trash it. I know I have fallen into this cycle multiple times, but Yoga Burn truly delivers.
On a scale from 1 to 10, I would give the Yoga Burn Zoe Bray Cotton DVDs a solid 9.5. The only thing that I would change is I honestly wish it was longer. After finishing the 12 week program, I was a little lost on what to do next. I decided to continue doing the yoga poses I learned from Zoe and simply adjusting the sequence to fit my needs. I also went from 45 minutes, 3 times and week, to 30 minutes 5 times a week, but only because that is what has worked for me. I do 30 minutes of yoga every day after my kids go to sleep and it is such a great relaxing way to end my day. But you should do what works for you, not for me.
